Having a health condition can be a very overwhelming experience. With the amount of information on the internet, in books, in the media, it can be very confusing. I believe it is important to have a basic knowledge of a health condition so that you can appreciate how diet and activity can help either prevent it, alleviate its symptoms or reverse it.
